About the practice
A calm, unhurried space to think things through
Caretherapist is a small therapy practice built on practical conversation and mutual respect. I work with people at their own pace, without assuming a particular specialty or approach, and I believe good therapy starts with listening closely to what you need.
The practice is set in a quiet, welcoming room designed for focus and comfort. Sessions are available online or in person, depending on what feels right for you.
How sessions unfold
Pacing, privacy, and what to expect
Therapy works best when the pace is set together. In our early conversations we talk about your goals, what feels comfortable, and how you would like sessions to be structured. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to, and questions are always welcome.
What you say in session stays confidential, within the limits required by law and professional ethics, and I will always explain those limits clearly before we begin. Each first appointment is an opportunity to understand whether this approach feels right for you, with no obligation to continue.
